Book a time that's appropriate for you and pick your dream prom gown. No pressure to buy and enjoy a relaxed environment. Each appointment is 60 mins long. Why not have a personal stylist help you find the perfect size, style and colour for that important day in every teens event calendar!! £10 deposit required at time of booking, full refund given if appointment is cancelled 48hrs before start of appointment. This is to reduce the number of "no-shows". £10 will be deducted from any purchase.
Cancellation Policy
We're so excited to welcome you to Envy Gowns! To ensure every customer enjoys the best possible experience, we kindly ask you to familiarise yourself with our booking policy before attending your appointment. **Appointment Fees** Prom appointments are charged at £10 per booking, payable at the time of booking. If you find your dream dress and make a purchase during your appointment, your £10 appointment fee will be deducted from the total dress price. If no dress is purchased, the £10 fee is retained as payment for your personal styling appointment. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** We kindly ask that customers provide at least **24 hours' notice** if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund of the £10 booking fee. Appointments rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice can be transferred to an alternative available date without an additional booking fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend an appointment without notice, will result in the £10 booking fee being retained, except where a refund is required by law. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule, depending on availability. **Dress Orders & Collections** Customers purchasing a dress from Envy Gowns will be provided with our Terms & Conditions of Sale, covering sizing, payments, alterations, cancellations, returns and exchanges. For dresses ordered from our suppliers, customers must book and attend their Order Pick Up appointment within **4 weeks of being notified that their dress has arrived in store**. This allows our team to check the fit and address any sizing concerns within supplier exchange deadlines. Discretionary size exchanges after this period cannot be guaranteed.
